TRADITIONAL JOB POSTING

  • Open to everyone
  • High application volume
  • Heavy filtering workload

HIRE A HIVER

  • Curated talent pool
  • Focused candidate flow

Why hire through Hire a Hiver?

Hiring well is not about reaching everyone. It is about reaching the right developers, without the noise.

CURATED TALENT

Every Hiver earns their place through a rigorous admissions process. The people who make it through are a focused group committed to the craft.

TRAINED BY BUILDING

Hivers spend 18 months learning through real projects, peer reviews, and hands-on problem-solving. They grow by building and iterating together.

DIRECT AND SIMPLE

Applications come straight to you. No middle layers, no complex systems. You decide how candidates apply and how the process moves forward, start to finish.

FLEXIBLE ROLES

Full-time, part-time, internships, freelance projects, or startup collaborations. Whether it is a role or a collaboration, there is room for it.

Who you reach

Hivers come from all over. Some are at the start of their careers. Many are career shifters who bring years of experience from other industries before choosing tech, with a median age of 32. Others combine prior professional experience with several years in software.

What connects Hivers is how they work. They take ownership, collaborate closely, and step up without being asked. When you post through Hire a Hiver, you reach professionals who already do this every day.
